In just 10 weeks…

Did you know it can take up to 10 weeks to receive your passport? That means 10 weeks from taking your ID photo at a Photo-Me booth, you could be on a beach in Tenerife or a ski lodge in the Alps.

Taking your passport photo shouldn’t be hard.

If you use a Photo-Me booth, we send your ID photo direct to the UK Passport Office. All you need is five minutes, and the access code on your printed photo to get started.*

Use our booths to apply for your passport online

Get a digital passport photo. Visit a Photo-Me booth at your local Morrison’s, Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s*, shopping centre or train station.
*Only at Southern locations
Select the Digital Passport photo option.
Take your photo. Make sure you follow the guidelines.
Check your print-out for your unique code. It should look like the example below.
Go to the UK passport office website and type in your code.
If your code isn’t working as expected, try visiting our customer help centre.
