When selecting the Digital UK Passport option, the booth prints 4 photos with a unique code displayed at the top. Visit https://www.gov.uk/apply-renew-passport and enter your unique code when prompted.
Your code is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown on your printout.
Enter it in three separate boxes:
1. First box (lower case): idpass
2. Second box (lower case): uk
3. Third box: a unique 8-digit code comprised of upper case and lower case characters
Example:
idpass uk AsTLN2cM
Your unique code is valid for 30 days. The UK Passport Office requires a photo taken within one month of applying for a passport. After 30 days, the code will expire and your digital photos will be automatically deleted.

Photo-Me does not provide digital images or codes for other applications, such as driving licences, visas, or other forms of ID. For these applications, only printed photos can be used, provided they meet the photo requirements of the organisation requesting them.
Please note that Photo-Me does not retain copies of photographs taken in its booths. Therefore, images cannot be reprinted, emailed, or retrieved after your session.
